ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Nate K. Johnson (ABR®, CIPS, CRS, GRI, SRES®, AHWD, C2EX, PSA), a REALTOR® from St. Louis, Mo., serves Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma as the National Association of REALTORS®’ 2026 Region 9 Regional Vice President. Over his 25-year career in real estate, he has helped countless individuals achieve their real estate goals and has held leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels. He is President of The Real Estate Solutions Group at Redkey Realty Leaders, where he oversees daily operations and leads a residential sales team.
An accomplished instructor and speaker, Nate teaches NAR courses such as “Planning & Zoning Resource” and “Bias Override,” as well as programs for the Residential Real Estate Council. He also regularly presents on fair housing, Code of Ethics, business planning, and leadership. At the national level, Nate served as the 2024 Vice President of Advocacy. He has also served on the NAR Board of Directors and held numerous governance positions, including Chair of the Sustainability Advisory Group and Smart Growth Advisory Board, and Committee Liaison for the Business Issues Policy, Conventional Financing and Policy, and Fair Housing Policy committees. In 2020, he was Public and Federal Issues Liaison under President Vince Malta.
Nate served as 2018 President of the Missouri Association of REALTORS®, representing nearly 25,000 members, and was named Missouri REALTOR® of the Year in 2021. He was 2011 President of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®, which has 8,000 members, and led the St. Louis chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers from 2009 to 2014.
Beyond his REALTOR® service, Nate is President of the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan St. Louis Equal Housing Opportunity Council, dedicated to ending illegal housing discrimination. He has served as a Commissioner on the Preservation Board for the city of St. Louis, is a member of the Regional Business Council’s Young Professional Leadership 100 group, and serves on the Board of Directors for Trailnet, which promotes healthy, active, and vibrant communities.
Nate also serves on the Board of Commissioners for the Bi-State Development Agency, overseeing Metro, the region's public transportation system, and is a member of the Real Estate Industry Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
