Description

This is THE elective for REALTORS who need to meet their Ethics and Fair Housing requirements for the 2025-2028 cycle. This 4.5 hour elective class not only gets you your NC Elective credit at the real estate commission, it also meets the requirements for NAR's current fair housing and code of ethics cycles, too. Come get it all done in one and leave with more knowledge than you came with!
