Qualifying listings (Active residential, townhouse, condo, multifamily) will automatically be eligible for a lockbox (as long as AAAR has lockboxes available). Additional boxes for Under Contract and Pending listings may also be available.

By requesting a lockbox, I acknowledge and agree that:

There is no charge for the use of the lockbox.
I am responsible for all lockboxes issued in my name.
A $100 fee will be assessed for any lockbox that is lost or stolen.
When AAR conducts an audit, I must respond within the timeframe specified in the audit request. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in a $100 fine. If no response is received, all locks currently in possession will be deemed lost and will be assessed the $100 fine per lockbox.
