Agreement to Add Third Party Data Access

In order to process the request to create a data feed from NCRMLS, please answer the questions below. Once the form is submitted, the North Carolina Regional MLS will be asked to create the data feed and send sign-in credentials to the vendor indicated on the Participant Data Access Agreement that has been received.

Invoices for associated fees will be added to your account and payment expected within 15 days.

I am aware, and agree to be responsible for payment, of the one-time Data Feed setup fee of $150 which will be added to my account upon setup.

Data Feed Monthly Fee *

I am aware of, and agree to be responsible for payment of, the Data Feed monthly fee of $25 (or as set annually by the AAAR Board of Directors).

Data Feed Cancellation *

I am aware that the Data Feed monthly fee will continue until such time that AAAR is made aware that I no longer require the feed to this vendor.
