Instructions

The firm application should be completed by a broker-in-charge or appraiser who is a sole proprietor, partner, or corporate officer of a firm that is not currently a participating firm in AAAR and would like to join as a REALTOR firm or MLS-Only firm.

MLS Only Office $1,500.00 One-Time Fee

Broker-in-charge or Appraiser will hold MLS-Only access in the AAAR MLS (must hold primary membership in another association).

Realtor® Office $1,500.00 One-Time Fee

Broker-In-Charge or Appraiser will hold primary or secondary REALTOR membership with AAAR.
