Instructions

The MLS Firm application should be completed by a broker-in-charge or appraiser who is a sole proprietor, partner, or corporate officer of a firm that is not currently a participating firm in AAAR.

If the BIC/Appraiser of this firm is not currently a subscriber, he/she will also need to complete either the Designated REALTOR and MLS Subscriber Application OR the MLS-Only Subscriber Application.
