REALTOR and MLS Subscriber Application

Instructions

The Realtor® and MLS Subscriber Application should be selected when joining AAAR as a primary or secondary member if you are affiliated with a company that is currently a participant with AAAR. The system will prorate the dues and fees on the second screen of the application. Please select the appropriate level of Realtor® Membership and the MLS Subscriber Membership below.

If you do not currently have the Supra eKey app on your phone from another Association or MLS and would like access to the AAAR lockbox system, please choose the Supra eKey app option below. If you already have the Supra eKey app on your phone from REIN, please choose the Cooperating Key option below.

Select Your Option(s)

Primary Realtor® $586 Annually + $250.00 One-Time Fee

Choose Primary REALTOR membership if you are joining a REALTOR association for the first time or were previously a member but are currently inactive. You must also select the MLS Subscriber option so that you will have access to the Multiple Listing Service.

Secondary Out of State Realtor® $385 Annually + $250.00 One-Time Fee

Choose Secondary-Out-of-State membership if you do not currently hold REALTOR membership with another association located within the state of North Carolina. You must also select the MLS Subscriber option so that you will have access to the Multiple Listing Service.

Secondary In State Realtor® $175 Annually + $250.00 One-Time Fee

Choose Secondary-In-State membership if you currently hold REALTOR membership with another association located within the state of North Carolina. You must also select the MLS Subscriber option so that you will have access to the Multiple Listing Service.

MLS Subscriber $40 Monthly

Supra eKey Holder $100.00 One-Time Fee

Choose this option if you do not already have the Supra eKey app on your phone from another association or MLS and would like access to the AAAR lockboxes.

Cooperating Key Holder $5 Monthly + $100.00 One-Time Fee

Choose this option if you already have the Supra eKey app from REIN and would like it programmed to open AAAR lockboxes.
