Beverly Mineo RN, SRES,  has enjoyed Outer Banks living for 20 years. She represents the Outer Banks and Northeastern NC. Beverly brings a unique blend of clinical insight, business leadership and market expertise.

With a background in the Senior Care industry, she understands the emotional and practical considerations of downsizing and home modification for aging in place. Beverly has extensive knowledge in investment and luxury property. She brings valuable insight to clients with a sharp eye for both lifestyle value and long-term rental return. Her personal experience as an international property owner with a rental home in Italy, provides her with global perspective and knowledge into cross border real estate ownership. 

Whether working with first time buyers, investors or retirees planning their next chapter, Beverly combines clinical precision, market knowledge and a passion for service. She was a successful pioneer in the home care industry for 28 years, owning an agency with her husband and providing home care to thousands of clients and families. She had an office in Elizabeth City for 17 years. Her mission is to help her clients make confident, well-informed real estate decisions that support both their financial goals and their quality of life.
