Born in Alexandria VA and moved to Portsmouth, VA when I was still young. Graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School, Received Associates Degree in Accounting, married my best friend, 2 kids and a dog. I am a Passionate Advocate for special needs, Blank Canvas for makeup applications, ATV Moto Mom, Proud Mimi to 2 Grandbabies, Caribbean Cruiser and Fun Loving Out Going Person that Just Enjoys being Herself and Being Around People I Love.

In 2004, my NC Real Estate Agent said “Cristie, you need to consider real estate because you did every detail for this transaction” and that is when the possibility was considered.

2005 I passed my test and interviewed with only William E. Wood & Associates to a be full time Real Estate Agent. Then the questions began: Would I be good at this, Would sellers/buyers want to work with me, Would I be successful after quitting my full time job??? And then I sat there and knew the answer was YES. I work hard, I strive for the best with my folks, I love talking and I am detail oriented with my paperwork.

Now I am here…the company name changed to Howard Hanna many years ago. I am a NC & VA Broker as well as a Property Manager in NC. I have handled many transactions and many lovely clients have trusted in me to assist them with their Real Estate Needs. If you use me and are buying a home as a first time buyer the word on the street is you may get pregnant….or not but you never know what’s in the Real Estate water.
