Debbie brings a unique knowledge of the local real estate market to her clients as she has lived in the area for most of her life, in various Virginia Beach and Chesapeake neighborhoods. She spent her school years in the Virginia Beach City Public school system and raised two children who went through both Chesapeake and Virginia Beach schools.

Debbie’s former position as Corporate Controller has given her not only extensive experience in problem solving and working through sometimes stressful situations, but it has helped her fine-tune her understanding of the importance of budgeting. She helps her clients not only find the perfect house, but the perfect house for their budget.

When she’s not showing houses, working on her latest contract, or holding open houses, you can find Debbie riding her horses at her rural Chesapeake property or enjoying time with her grandchildren.
