I am a one REALTOR® company because it is a good fit for me and I can better serve my customers and clients that way.  I have over 35 years of experience as a business owner and manager.  By not having to spend my time on payroll, delegating, supervising, training, and following up on employees or other agents, 100% of my time and energy goes to my customers and clients.      

I also offer a flat research fee for those who prefer to work without an agent and need additional information, but don't need full representation;  Perfect for those who already have private transactions started or want to FSBO but need market information. 

I am active as a REALTOR® on local and state levels.  I have served on various AAAR committees throughout the years and chaired the 2018 MLS and 2018 & 2019 RPAC Committees in addition to serving on the Albemarle Area Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and the Professional Standards Committee.  I was honored by being named the 2016 REALTOR® of the Year.

As a REALTOR®, I take advantage of many opportunities to further my education and volunteer in my community.  I have earned the following designations:

I help the AAAR support local organizations and non-profits by volunteer work, fundraisers, and donating to help support Hopeline, The Food Bank of the Albemarle, Habitat for Humanity, the Boys and Girls Club, Arts of the Albemarle, NC HomeOwners Alliance, the Red Cross, and others.
