These certifications reflect her commitment to excellence, and expert negotiation skills.  Sonya’s Residential Construction Certificate (RCC) and Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) designations position her as a trusted expert in guiding clients through the process of building or purchasing new construction homes. Her roots in the Outer Banks date back generations, including lineage to Revolutionary War heroine Betsy Dowdy and lighthouse keepers who played pivotal roles in the region’s history.
