"I am Steven Young, an Elizabeth City local, owner of IBX Realty Property Management & Sales, a Full-Service Brokerage. After serving my country honorably in the US-ARMY for 10 years I found myself medically retired as a disabled veteran. The wisdom gained during my service is something that I wear as a badge of honor and the main catalyst of my motivation for serving my community through my business.

I understand how important the concept of “Home” can be. How stability and peace of mind can navigate your life throughout the roughest of seas. Through real estate I have found a way to continue serving my community and surrounding areas.
