Currently a Managing Real Estate Broker in the Hampton Roads area for over 20 years, award winning real estate agent for 3 years. Also, a BIC/Broker in North Carolina. Previously in the mortgage banking industry for over 23 years, including having my own mortgage company, Monroe Mortgage.

Extensive real estate education, two (2) Masters of Real Estate Degrees-2016 & 2018. One concentration in Sales, Marketing, and Management and the other concentration in Assets & Property Management. B.S. in Business Management.  

NAR designations & certifications, CRB, C-RETS, PMN, GRI, ABR, PSA, e-Pro, AHWD, SFR, MRP, SRES, RENE, PSA, C2Ex.  Also, completed NAR Leadership Academy-Class of 2018. 

In addition, HRRA Broker of the Year-2018, and VR Broker of the Year-2016.
